The Chief of Staff ensures disciplined execution across the organization by running the weekly management cadence, consolidating updates, tracking actions to closure, and coordinating resolution of blockers. The role supports the General Manager by creating structure, accountability, and consistent follow-through on priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Run weekly management cadence including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and action tracking

  • Maintain an action register with owners, due dates, and closure evidence

  • Consolidate updates, KPIs, risks, and issues into structured weekly summaries

  • Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups to remove blockers and prevent delays

  • Escalate urgent risks and overdue actions requiring leadership decisions

  • Standardize reporting templates and meeting routines for consistency

  • Track progress of special initiatives assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in operations, project coordination, PMO, or executive support roles

  • Strong documentation skills and high attention to detail

  • Confident in follow-ups, coordination, and driving closure across stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive); comfortable with ERP tools (e.g., Odoo)

  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
