Hiring: Business Development Officer – Iloilo City

Core Responsibilities
Identify and qualify private leads through outreach, referrals, and incoming inquiries
Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and confirm constraints
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations aligned to project needs
Maintain pipeline stages, activity logs, and next actions in the CRM
Execute timely follow-ups to progress proposals and close opportunities
Keep complete client records, including communications and supporting documents
Track outcomes, client feedback, and reasons for won/lost opportunities
Provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts for internal review
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales; construction/engineering exposure preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; able to produce professional documents
Comfortable using CRM tools (preferably Odoo CRM) with consistent pipeline updates
Willing to conduct client/site visits and manage multiple opportunities with clear prioritization
