Job Posting & Sourcing
Draft compelling vacancy ads and publish them on JobStreet and the company Facebook page.
Monitor ad performance and refresh or adjust copy to maintain a steady applicant flow.
Candidate Screening
Review résumés and application data within Odoo, applying predefined selection criteria.
Shortlist or disqualify candidates and update their status in the ATS with clear notes.
Phone Interviews
Conduct structured phone interviews to evaluate cultural fit, communication skills, and technical suitability.
Record detailed interview outcomes and recommendations directly in Odoo.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Keep candidate stages current in Odoo, triggering automated follow-up or rejection messages as required.
Compile weekly metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline status) for HR leadership.
Other Responsibilities
Recommend improvements to job descriptions, screening rubrics, and ATS workflows.
Maintain consistent employer branding across all recruitment communications.
Conduct reference checks or background verifications when requested.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment (experience in construction or engineering fields is a plus).
Technical: Hands-on familiarity with any ATS; prior use of Odoo Recruitment is an advantage.
Communication: Clear written English and a pleasant, confident phone voice.
Tools: Reliable mobile phone with strong signal and a stable internet connection.
Availability: Able to conduct phone interviews within 08:00 – 17:00 PH Time.
Traits: Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of meeting deadlines without close supervision.
