The Sales and Marketing Head leads revenue generation by managing the opportunity pipeline for public bidding and private clients. The role sets targets, maintains forecasts, ensures proposal compliance and quality, and strengthens client relationships to support repeat work and scope expansion. The role also tracks and files key award and notice documents to support timely internal handover.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline for public bidding and private opportunities, maintaining clear stages and next actions

  • Set targets and maintain forecasts with consistent reporting and measurable tracking

  • Lead pursuit planning and submission readiness to improve win rate and submission quality

  • Enforce compliance and document control for proposals, bid forms, and supporting attachments

  • Maintain structured client relationship follow-ups to support repeat awards and upsell opportunities

  • Document client meetings, action items, and follow-through using approved formats and systems

  • Track and file NOA, NTP, contracts, and related award documents with complete and traceable records

  • Keep organized records of opportunities, submissions, communications, and proofs in Odoo / SharePoint or approved systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • 3–5 years experience in construction sales, bidding, proposals, or pipeline ownership

  • Familiarity with Philippine public bidding requirements and submission discipline

  • Strong forecasting and reporting ability, with proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 tools

  • Comfortable using ERP/CRM and document control systems (e.g., Odoo, SharePoint)

  • Strong client communication, follow-through, and documentation discipline
