Hiring: Supply Chain Head – Iloilo City

The Supply Chain Head leads procurement, warehouse operations, transport coordination, and heavy equipment monitoring to ensure uninterrupted project supply, accurate inventory records, controlled deliveries, and reliable equipment readiness. The role works closely with Operations and Engineering teams to align purchasing and delivery sequencing with construction project priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement planning, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase execution for materials, services, and spare parts

  • Implement and enforce warehouse controls for receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and stock accuracy

  • Manage cycle counts and physical inventory, investigate variances, and drive corrective actions

  • Direct transport coordination including dispatch planning, trip scheduling, delivery confirmation, and delivery issue resolution

  • Monitor heavy equipment and vehicle movement and utilization across sites and the warehouse

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and service providers, ensuring complete maintenance documentation

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all procurement, inventory, delivery, and equipment-related records

  • Produce regular reports on on-time supply, open orders, inventory health, delivery performance, and action plans

  • Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams on delivery sequencing, site constraints, and material acceptance documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 5 years experience across procurement, warehousing, and logistics, with team leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of inventory controls, cycle counting, and variance investigation

  • Experience coordinating fleet/heavy equipment movement and maintenance monitoring (site-based and warehouse-based)

  • Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo preferred), MS Excel reporting, and documentation discipline

  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a construction project environment
